Harley-Davidson Revs Up for IMS Circuit

American motorcycle manufacturer Harley-Davidson is moving forward with its activities meant to inspire the desire to ride, and announced what it has prepared for the 2010-2011 Progressive International Motorcycle Shows (IMS).

The company revealed it readies displays of 2011 motorcycles, Genuine Motor Accessories and MotorClothes Merchandise, as well as Women’s Area with bike lift demonstrations, Fit Shop interactive motorcycle for customization, and racing displays, among others.

Moreover, show attendees will be glad to hear they can enter a sweepstakes at the Harley-Davidson display to win a Harley-Davidson motorcycle of their choice.

Another highlight of the IMS events is the Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show, an Affiliate Competition to the AMD World Championship of Custom Bike Building, which also includes the Modified Harley Class.

Harley-Davidson motorcycle demo rides will be available at IMS events in Dallas, November 13-14, San Mateo, November 20-21 and Long Beach, December 18-19. As long as you have your driving license with you and the right gear, you can test ride a selection of 2011 Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

IMS events with Harley-Davidson participation run from mid-November 2010 through the end of February 2011. The detailed schedule is listed below:
  • Dallas, November 12-14 (H-D demo rides Saturday & Sunday)
  • San Mateo, Calif., Nov. 19-21 (H-D demo rides Saturday & Sunday)
  • Seattle, December 10-12
  • Long Beach, Calif., Dec. 17-19 (H-D demo rides Saturday & Sunday)
  • Detroit, January 7-9
  • Washington, D.C., January 14-16
  • New York City, January 21-23
  • Cleveland, January 28-30
  • Minneapolis, February 4-6
  • Chicago, February 11-13
  • Greenville, S.C., February 25-27
