Ladies and gentlemen drivers, we’re here now to show you a piece of street racing. Green street racing that is - we’re talking about a Turbo Hayabusa and an AWD DSM, both running on E85.
Of course, being green probably wasn’t their main goal, but this is of little importance. What matters is that we’re talking about a 300+ HP turbo Busa with an elongated rear arm, which was built by ACMERACING.
As for the car, this is an AWD DSM (Plymouth Laser or Mitsubishi Eclipse), using a 2.0-liter four-cylinder unit with a 67 mm Turbo. The all-wheel drive obviously brings a massive advantage at the starting line, but we were a bit amazed by what followed.
The Busa does pass the car, but it doesn’t seem to do this at the rate we would’ve expected. Take a look at the street race yourselves in the video below.
