During their visit to Puerto Rico, Vossen found not only that bumblebee BMW 3 Series, but also a worthy rival from Lexus.
This is the soon-to-be outgoing Lexus IS F, a car born from the desire to challenge the BMW M3 and fitted with a high-revving 5-liter V8 engine capable of over 400 horsepower. They say sole Lexus engineers secretly started the project without the company's approval, but we don't believe that. What we do believe is that this IS looks awesome.
As a performance car, the IS F is outdated, but as an icon, it's Lexus' best and brightest, especially when fitted with these bright red VVS CV5 wheels. Blue and red is not an often-seen color combination and makes us think of Spider-Man's costume.
