Some people claim that if you really want to be a winner in drag races, the car to choose is a EVO. Some would even go as far as saying that it doesn't matter what generation, they are unbeatable.
Of course, such performance can be achieved with a generous amount of money invested in tuning and aftermarket parts. We've seen rocket cars around before, especially Evos and they even had up to over 1000 HP.
We don't really know the exact power output of the Mitsubishi in the video below but we do know it has a Precision 5862 turbo, Precision 46 mm wastegate, stroked to 2,3 liters, Bosch 2200cc injectors, CP pistons, Crowler camshafts, Deutschwerks fuel pump E85, HKS 3"exhaust, Exedy HD clutch and more AM parts.
The one mistake this car made was go against an F13 M6. Even in the wet (as the track seems soaking) the 2013 car with its 560 HP and 680 Nm (501 lb-ft) of torque disposed of the Mitsu quickly and without too much trouble.
