Chrysler Announces September Incentives, Signs US Bank

As is the custom on the US market, the local manufacturers announce in the beginning of each month the incentives for customers they have prepared for the period. In Chrysler's case, the incentives, covering all the four brands of the group (Ram, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge) will be backed this month by the US Bank.

Chrysler announced today that, thanks to a new agreement signed with the aforementioned credit institution, customers have the option of financing their vehicle purchase through either Ally Financial (former GMAC) or US Bank.

The US Bank offer covers Chrysler 300, Chrysler Town & Country, Dodge Charger, Dodge Grand Caravan, Dodge Journey, Dodge Nitro, Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Liberty. Ally will remain thus the preferred lender.

For each of the brands, Chrysler will offer this month several incentives, which range from the 60-day “Ram Handshake” for the RAM brand to Consumer Cash of up to $3,000 for the Dodge brand.

Ally Financial continues to offer Consumer Cash ranging from $1,000 (2011 Ram Heavy Duty, 2010 Jeep Liberty, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Commander) to $3,500 (2010 Ram 1500 Crew Cab), or the usual 0 percent for up to 60 months financing offer.

For the Chrysler brand, Ally offers 0 percent financing for up to 60 months, Consumer Cash of up to $3,000 or 1.9 percent financing for up to 72 months. For Dodge, the offer covers pretty much the same consumer needs, with the 2010 Dodge Charger, Dodge Journey or Dodge Grand Caravan being financed with bonus cash of up to $2,000.

The offers backed by the US Bank have not yet been detailed by the manufacturer.
