Cars Grow Facial Hair, Carstache Launches New Products

We never thought we would say this, after (we admit) we made fun a bit of an American company called Carstache, but, apparently, the guys behind the wicked enterprise are on to something. Their business is, it would seem, so successful that a new line of products has been developed and is now on its way to make your car look better. Or hairier, as the case may be.

Carstache, the global leader in automotive facial hair, as the company describes itself, provides all those crazy enough to slap an oversized mustache on their brand new luxury cars with the means to do so. Meaning the mustaches, the glue and whatever.

Their offer, somewhat limited until now, will soon expand with the addition of new products: Wisdom Grey, Legendary Blond, So Hot Pink, Classic Black, Grizzly Brown, Purple Pleasure and Firestache Orange.

As you already know, the mustaches sell for prices starting at $39. Why they sell, well, that was a mystery even for the company itself. Until now, that is, when it would appear some sense can be made of all that hair: the damn add-ons are perfect for a practical joke or just a gift for April Fool's, Bar Mitzvah's, Father's Day, weddings, Halloween, and (hold on) Cinco-de-Mustache.

“It's just absurd and hilarious," admits Carstache founder Ethan Eyler. "When people spot a Carstache on the streets, it's a feel-good thing that cracks people up and puts a smile on their face.”

“When you drive into a tailgate with a Carstache(r) you get free beer, hot dogs, and high fives, reaching instant celebrity status."

Or not.
