Often dubbed the Volt's luxury cousin, the Cadillac ERL, obviously built on the same underpinnings, is a remarkable car in terms of design.
Unveiled at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, the 2013 ELR will enter production in fall, but Cadillac has already started its marketing campaign showcasing the car's high-quality interior.
The short clip features Cadillac design manager Keith Fisher explaining the creation of "things that have never been done before" in order to deliver an interior that represents a "perfect blend between sport and luxury".
The ELR's interior, which debuts the Extended Range Electric Vehicle Technology, also comes with eight-inch configurable instrument and driver information displays, LED-powered accent lighting, fold-down rear seat backs or Opus semi-aniline leather seating.
