Before Borat went on to become a dictator, he didn't get to drive gold-plated tanks, he drove a normal car like you and me (presuming that we're not writing this piece of news for those of you how use their drift machine as a daily driver).
We wanted to know what were the four wheels that allowed Borat to get from A to B, started searching the web and came across the adjacent image. This shows an older-generation VW Bora, basically a Golf with a trunk (this was developed on the fourth generation of the Golf). And, judging by the letters on the back of the car, it's a Bora T(urbo) ot maybe a T(SI) - the latter means turbo in VW language.
So, Borat was way ahead of his time, since VW just recently announced that it is dropping the 2.5-liter 5-cylinder engine in the US in favor of a turbocharged 1.8-liter TSI unit.
