BMW’s M3 GT2 art car is truly a stunning piece to behold. However, in order not to cheat and just take any number of random pictures of it and then ‘plant’ any background they choose behind it, BMW have taken the car up a 600 meter high cliff, in Preikestolen, Norway.
The car, hand-painted by Jef Koons, was set up on the smooth top side of the cliff for a very special photo shoot which, in the end, turned into an event where people were invited to assist. The guests were free to walk around the car and admire the one-of-a-kind paint job, as the photographer did his work.
This is one photo shoot which we will be very eagerly awaiting, and we have no doubts that it will be absolutely stunning. We also appreciate the idea and the trouble of actually doing this, with a helicopter and professional people involved.
