BMW M5 M Performance Edition Revealed

The BMW M5 just got a whole lot better, thanks to a custom finish from BMW’s Skunk Works division. Called the M5 M Performance Edition, this limited edition model takes the cool factor up to 11 and grabs your attention instantly.
The model was recently discovered in a video released by BMW UK. It’s been announced that only 30 cars are coming to the isles, arriving with a choice of three Frozen paintwork colors, ten for each colour, available for the first time in the UK. You get a choice between red, white and blue, and it’s going to be hard to pick a favorite.

As we’ve come to expect from BMW, the “Performance” package doesn’t actually improve the performance of the car. Under the bonnet is the same 4.4-liter V8 engine with two turbos delivering 560 PS and 680 Nm (502 lb-ft) of torque... not that you have anything to complain about.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
