This is something you don't see everyday. This Tuesday, a BMW E30 was chased down the freeways of California by the Highway Patrol for not stopping at a random police check, according to TV Station KCRA.
Seeing that the guy behind the wheel had no intention to stop, the chase was on. After around 20 minutes of intense, adrenaline spiking action, the 40-year old driver lost control of the car and sent it airborne into two members of a California Conservation Corps work crew.

Unfortunately, the driver lost his life in the accident and the two workers were injured, both of them being hospitalized. What came next amazed everyone at the scene.

A serious amount of marijuana started to fall out of the car, leading the witnesses to believe that this was the reason why the police chased the middle-aged man.

The reason this guy used an old E30 might be a mystery for some people but not to us. We think that, most likely, due to the extensive damage done to his brain from smoking so much Ganja, he must've become all paranoid and went for a car without all the fancy electronic stuff that 'can be traced by the Government'.

Unfortunately for him, the Government, through the Californian police, found him on a random check on the highway. How ironic.
