Few are those who are not familiarized with Bijan Pakzad, the famous Iranian designer who died at the age of 67 in April 2011. This is his famous car, which is affectionately know as the Bijan Bugatti and is a common sight on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California.
His work in creating menswear for the uber-rich is what made him known, but it’s his over-the-top car collection that made him famous, especially this two-tone Bugatti Veyron.
After Bijan’s death four months ago, the Veyron remained parked in front of his store on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, to allow pedestrians to admire it.
Our California supercar spotter CarsandCoffeeIrvine points out that the car sits on Montana plates to keep the registration costs down. It also sports Bejan’s signature on the wing.
