Batman's Vietnamese Batpod Prototype

It's always nice to see how far can imagination and passion go and how creative people can be. Here's a Batman fan from Vietnam, test-riding his own Batpod-inspired motorcycle; not the best-looking two-wheeler out there, obviously, but considering this was a DIY job, we must give the guy a big hand.
The design is indeed striking and we totally loved it, if extremely uncomfortable and really dangerous in case of a crash. Since this is more about building a toy and showing what passion can do, we must appreciate the creativity and bold engineering.

Double-caliper front brakes and a rather interesting type of hub steering are nifty additions to the build, too. Well, it's more of a car steering system adapted fro the bike, but anyway, it's still cool. Not sure about cornering with this machine as the car tires are definitely no goo for the job. The exhaust gas-powered 6-barrel gatling-like silencer looks awesome as a custom touch.

Too bad that the welding doesn't look at all reassuring and it kind of spells a bad crash any time soon. However, if this is only a prototype, it's quite cool: the guy can see what works and what doesn't and he could really think about making a final version, with pro-grade welds.

Finally, we believe a 4-stroke engine would be so much better for the "Vietpod", instead of the Suzuki FX125 one. 2-stroke units are utterly cool as they boast nifty power and torque, but the smoke they produce kills any chance for a stealthy getaway...
