Any new 2-liter turbo TFSI from Audi comes pretty much packed with performance goodness. However, that never stops specialist tuners from trying to add more, as is the case of the brand new S3 sedan.
After leaving the factory with 300 hp, the German car was taken into the specialist shop of ABT Sportsline, where an engine update software bumped everything to Mercedes AMG levels.

Rivaling the CLA 45 in terms of output, the S3 sedan now puts down 370 hp (272 kW) and 460 Nm (339 lb-ft). Comparing a factory ride with ABT's custom work is like apples and oranges, but hey, 10 hp more is what it is.

The S3 was already a fast car, so the fact that it now sprints to 100 km/h (62 km/h) in 4.5 seconds should not surprise anybody. Top speed has also been increased to an unreasonable 167 mph (265 km/h). Hope the tires last!

Speaking of tires, ABT fitted new 235/30 R20 ones around their own 20-inch DR alloy wheels. You can also order 18 and 19-inch ones if you so choose. The white compact's bodywork has been left untouched with the exception of small inserts. Inside, bespoke floor mats, integrated "entrance lights" and custom air vents were an easy. Of course, everything is part of a parts catalog, so you can keep the factory wheels or floor mats if you so choose.

There's no mention of this in ABT's press release, but we're willing to bet money that this S3 sedan is bringing its 370 hp to the annual Worthersee GTI Meet, where it will be more than welcomed by hot hatch fans.
