If you want a body-on-frame SUV, you're probably going to buy a Chevy right? Well not necessarily, since everybody is making their vehicles using unibody construction. Everybody, that is, except Toyota who just updated the 4Runner.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is the 2014 model which just made its debut this weekend. While we've already seen a full set of photos, we relished the chance to see it on the move, as it will be in its natural element.
Some people say the 4Runner is just another lemon sucker, a car that squints after tasting an overly bitter piece of fruit. We say it's quite interesting. It might look like it's been designed after the shape of a can opener, but nobody is this bold with its design like Toyota. A few years ago, we would have called this futuristic, but now we think we're too grown up to drive around in Judge Dread's policing tank.
As far as sales are concerned, Toyota probably has a winner here, an expensive haircut for local barber prices.
