If you’re saying to yourself that you’re not looking at a new Corolla sedan, as it’s just the 2011, you’d be right. That’s because the 2012 model year did not change the look of the compact model, as it already received a makeover last year.
Instead, Toyota focused on adding extra content to improve the appeal of the car. The Corolla L now packs powered side mirrors, power windows, power door locks and no extra power. The higher grade LE has all this plus standard 16-inch wheels and steering wheel audio controls. As for the Corolla S, this adds double-stitch accents for the seats.
The LE and S levels also get a new audio system which combines AM/FM/CD player with MP3/WMA playback, while also adding USB connectivity and an extra jack for portable music players.
