The 1998 MY Laverda 668 Ghost Strike is a naked roadster that shares almost all of its features and specs with the fully-faired 668 sportster. At its heart lies a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 668cc, parallel twin cylinder powerplant mated to a six-speed manual transmission that can produce 70 horsepower and 61 Nm of torque. It has a 40 mm WP upside-down fork and a WP rising rate monoshock in the rear as a suspension system, as well as a race-derived, state-of-the-art Brembo braking system. What sets this model apart from its siblings is the twin-beam, aluminium frame.
