Mercedes’ supercar slot may be occupied by the SLS AMG at the moment, but the model before it, the SLR McLaren, still manages to capture a lot of attention. The best indication for this comes from the aftermarket world, which hasn’t ceased releasing projects based on the car.
The latest of this kind comes from the US, where a Mercedes SLR McLaren Roadster has been given an even wider appearance. The vehicle, which is dressed in a stunning shade of yellow, rides on a set of custom rims provided by Advance One Wheels.

The supercar uses ADV05 Deep Concave wheels, which come in a size of 20x9.5-inch for the front axle and 21x10.5-inch for the rear one. These use a matte black center and a gloss black finish for the lips.

If you’re wondering why the rear wheels are so beefy, that’s because they have no less than 750 hp and 735 lb-ft (997 Nm) of torque to send to the road. This SLR has been touched by Renntech, being gifted with headers, an exhaust, an intercooler, an ECU remap, as well as new brakes.
