With the SsangYong C200 Eco concept to be displayed at the upcoming Seoul Motor Show in South Korea, the manufacturer today unveiled a new official photo, this time showing the C200 Aero Concept. As you can see for yourself in the adjacent photo, the car comes with body-colored front bumper, large grille featuring the company's badge in the center, fog lights and large air intakes for a better cooling.

It comes with large five-spoke alloy wheels, big brake discs and rear spoiler for improved aerodynamics. Obviously, there are no details regarding the powertrain or equipment installed on the car but we'll surely have more information in a week or so as it will be displayed at the International Seoul Motor Show in April.

Some people say the car looks a lot like certain Audi models, including the popular Q7 or the similar-in-appearance Q5. However, don't forget this is only the first image showing the car and, taking into account that it will be displayed in the form of a concept, several modifications are likely to appear on the production model.

Although not official, the Aero may be powered by the same engine as the standard C200: a 2.0-liter diesel that produces a very low level of noise and vibrations. The Euro V compliant engine puts out a maximum power of 175 hp and is mated to either a manual or an automatic six-speed transmission system. There are several lightweight materials that contribute to reducing fuel consumption, including aluminum which is mostly used in the suspension system.

As said, details remain scarce for the time being but more information is expected before the South Korean auto show.
