The next generation of BMW X5 is indeed coming in 2013, and our second batch of spyshots have revealed what looks to be a bigger grille and some bigger headlights hidden under a lot of camo. It looks like these will be connected to the grille a la F30 3-Series. These will probably also get the full-LED treatment, while at the back T-shaped clusters will give more character to the SUV.
Down the side, you’ll probably see a combination of convex and concave shapes distinguished by bold character lines.

The F15’s platform will feature a more modular design that will allow it to be stretched to create a longer X5 L to take on the bigger Audi Q7. Rumor has it that the new X5 will be light enough to even use four-cylinder engines, while the ActiveHybrid will combine a 2.0-liter diesel with an advanced electric system.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
