German tuner Kellener Sport has announced a number of technical and cosmetic upgrades that transform the new BMW 3-Series from a saloon into a rocket.
Starting with the engines, the base diesel unit in the 320d has been tuned to produce 215 hp and 435 Nm (321 lb-ft) of torque, which is more than what you get from the 325d. Meanwhile, the 328i turbocharged petrol engine now makes 290 hp and 420 Nm (310 lb-ft) of torque instead of the standard 241 hp and 350Nm (258 lb-ft).
The new 3-Series is fitted with a new exhaust system ending in quad tailpipes, a lowering suspension that brings the car down by 30mm (1.2 inches) as well as a small body kit. This adds a small front spoiler, an add-on for the rear valence and a trunk spoiler.
Kelleners Sports can offer their choice of sports wheels, sized 19- or 20-inch and made from a light alloy.
