ZZ Performance Cadillac ATS Coming to SEMA

With the 2014 SEMA show just around the corner, the Wyoming-based tuning outfit ZZ Performance is hard at work adding the finishing touches to a trick Cadillac ATS sedan. Spolier alert: it's 2-liter engine will pack approximately 600 horsepower.

Or so ZZP ambiguously suggested it will. Nevertheless, if the tuner will crack the 450 horsepower barrier, then the highly-anticipated 2015 Cadillac ATS-V wil be sort of obsolete before GM unveils it. So what add-ons will this Cadillac ATS boast with in November?

The boys started tinkering with a 2014 Cadillac ATS 2L EcoTec and gave it really nice go-faster parts. On any given day, the 2-liter turbo powerhouse is churning 272 ponies, but ZZP enhanched it with a BorgWarner turbo, a big intercooler and an E85 flex fuel kit.

Additionally, the vented hood of the ATS also hides a silicone intake, a twin-scroll manifold, together with a catback exhaust system and a high-flow downpipe. With so much ponies roaming there, it's a natural thing to do to add a beefier set of brakes and BC Racing coilover suspension, an anti-rollbar and Recaro bucket seats, as well as 20-inch Vossen VF-S wheels to spruce things up on the visual side of the deal as well.

See that Cadillac ATS below, wrapped in cool Avery Dension charcoal metallic? ZZ Performance will drive it all the way from Wyoming, Michigan to Las Vegas. One word of warning for the boys, though: careful with them speed bumps because the front bumper of that Reth body kit sits perilously close to ground level.
