Old-school drag machines are still appealing to lots of riders, but unfortunately nobody produces such bikes on a large scale. Zero's Samurai Type5 custom platform is one of the best ways to get to throw your leg over a classic dragster with the traditional HD technology taken to the next performance step.
The Samurai Type5 is a development platform for customizable bikes. With the gooseneck frame hand-built to Zero Engineering specs by a top-notch manufacturer, the Samurai Type5 is moved around by a HD Evo-B 1,337cc v-twin mated to a 5-speed Harley tranny, with electric starting.
Since the classic attire is the key element, Zero brings in the 74" springer fork for a time-approved look and bobber-like 16" wheels. The brakes are single-disc, but this should not worry the customers: everything about the ZeroSamurai Type5 platform relies on proven, tested parts.
