Your Harley-Davidson Fat Boy May Be Fine, But Not 68 Guns-Fine

The Fat Boy may be one of the iconic Harley bikes out there and many fans could vouch that it is one of the best bike shapes ever to have emerged from the MoCo. While this might be true for some, we invite you to take a good looks at the Shaw Speed & Custom's 68 Guns, a new take on the Fattie.

Compared to the 68 Guns, the original 2005 Fat Boy looks more like a "shy boy", as the new build is literally muscular and menacing.

The beefy front wheel was left without a fender, for a more radical look, while the rear end was adorned with a custom in-house mudguard and a Roland Sands taillight.

The full chrome rims look like a million bucks, even though they are not as great when riding in crosswinds, while the Firestone tires add even more class to the machine.

SS&C used many H-D parts for the 68 guns, including the huge Road King Nacelle headlight which dominates the front end and relocated turn signals. Even the teardrop tank is a H-D unit, though Shaw Speed & Custom modified it, while the air intake cover comes from Kuryakyn.

The wrapped exhaust with slightly flared tips are also an SS&C original, and they add even more character to the lowered (both int he front and in the back) suspensions. Add in a slim sprung leather seat and the 68 Guns is ready to gun down many other Harleys...
