Today was all about the new BMW X3. With our coverage we covered all the aspects of the new car from the specs, new engines and improvements to the design and even commercials.
The 2015 model comes with a revised face, falling in the same design line as all current BMWs with the headlights connected to the front grille. The air intakes on the front bumper are now bigger with an integrated “X” within the lines.
Inside, there’s a revised cupholder system and the new iDrive touch interface alongside new upholstery options and a lot of extra features for the ConnectedDrive system.
Around the back you can now open the tailgate by simply waving your foot under the rear bumper. New wheels are also introduced alongside reshaped side mirrors.
The engines were also upgraded, the xDrive20d model now making 190 HP and the xDrive18d reaching 150 HP. Emissions went down as well and all diesel engines are now EU6 compliant.
The new car will reach dealerships this spring in the US as a 2015 model.
