After all, let’s face it, we’re all crazy about appearance when looking to purchase a car. No matter how much sense a car should make, from many points of view, we also have to like the way it looks to some degree.

Therefore, what’s new on the 3 Series LCI from this particular point of view?

Well, not much to be honest. The front end received new headlights. Well, to be perfectly frank, it received more of a new corona ring design rather than a rehaul of the overall shape of the lamp.

Even so, the differences are notable, not to mention they go even further when the car is equipped with LED technology as the facelifted model has them available through optional features.

Round the back, the changes might appear to be bigger, even though, the same recipe was applied. The taillights now feature LEDs as standard and have new lines that resemble those on the 1 Series facelift. As a matter of fact, it seems like BMW wants to make this yet another trademark feature, just like the corona rings up front, as they have been seen on various new models lately.

Another refreshing change at the back is represented by the new exhaust tailpipes on the fresh 340i model. That’s because the new pipes now have a diameter of 80 mm compared to the old ones that were 10 mm smaller.

Of course, since we spent so much time talking about this, a batch of proper wallpapers of the car was necessary, and you can have your serving in the photo gallery below.
