After a failed attempt to buy what’s left of Saab, and reports that a Swedish company was also interested, Chinese company Youngman Motors refuses to give up on the purchase.
Following their first bid of €395- ($492-) million being met with refusal by Saabs state-appointed administrators, Youngman have raised their bid to €443- ($552-) million in an attempt to secure the deal. Youngman also face another obstacle, in the form of Swedish group, created with money from Japan and Hong Kong with the sole intent of buying Saab. Nothing is certain, though, and Saab's fate is still uncertain.

Sadly, the road ahead for Saab is difficult, but with a bit of smart accounting and a little foreign capital, anything is possible, as we have already expressed our desire to see the latest Saab 9-5 get built properly! Volvo is doing very well with Chinese capital, so why shouldn't Saab do the same?
