You Also Thought Electric Cars are Boring, Right?

Are EVs boring? 1 photo

A lot can be said about electric vehicles, and there's always something critics can pick on and develop into a long statement against green cars.
However, one of the most adjective associated with EVs is "boring". Here, "boring" is used to describe a vehicle driven by pensioners or party poopers trying to save the planet.

We know perception is a very delicate topic, but despite that, it's very hard to change one's opinion about a car, for example, maybe harder than trying to change his or her religious beliefs.

Go Ultra Low is a company that has embarked on such an endeavour, but they left the statistical approach behind and came up with a video that puts EVs into a funnier, adrenaline-soaked context.

Their video idea started with a simple question: "why would anyone want one of those plug-in things?". During the video, you'll meet a dad who discovers there's an EV in this world for everyone, whether it's a drifting BMW i8 or an extremely playful Nissan Leaf.

Also, the man receives a lesson in EVs from his daughter and son, which makes us believe those behind the video subtly implied that it's the young generation that should promote the green trend, of course, after they understand it and distinguish its pros and cons.

So, what you're about to see in the video below is Go Ultra Low's argument against those who think EVs are boring. What's your argument: pro or against that?
