Yokohama Introducing New Website

The Yokohama tire producer announced it is introducing a new website based on its loyalty program, the Yokohama ADVANTAGE Associate Dealer Program. The ADVANTAGE Online website monitors program earnings for consumer and commercial associate dealers, covering cash rewards, travel incentives, as well as marketing support.

Our number one goal is to support our dealers and help grow their business,” said Dan King, Yokohama vice president, sales and marketing. “ADVANTAGE Online offers our dealers - both consumer and commercial – powerful, at-a-glance resource for their quarterly and annual progress. An array of metrics is made instantly available, including Performance Snapshot, Rewards History and Co-Op Advertising Funds.

The Performance Snapshot features a customized dashboard view of a dealer’s business, relating to the ADVANTAGE earnings.

The Performance Snapshot includes three categories:
  • Past Performance: Provides immediate access to the dealer’s tier-level attainment for each quarter that has closed in the current year.
  • Current Quarter Progress: Includes results from each month and allows dealers to see how many units are needed for purchase to reach the next tier.
  • Annual Projections: Calculates what the current purchasing trend can yield in terms of annual payouts.

Dealers only have to spend a small amount of time to learn detailed information about their rewards. The Rewards History offers data on the past years, types of rewards earned and total earnings, while the Co-Op Fund balance displays how much the dealer has available for use in advertising.

The ADVANTAGE Online program demonstrates our commitment to the success of our tire dealers,” the executive concluded. “Their benefits grow as their business with Yokohama grows.
