Cal Crutchlow's decision future is expected before the Indianapolis race, Yamaha Racing Team boss Lin Jarvis said in an interview he gave MotoGP.com. He mentioned there are not one, not two, but three parties interested in keeping the British rider: "Tech 3 as the team, Yamaha as the manufacturer and Monster as the sponsor."
Jarvis admitted that Crutchlow has shows extremely positive racing this season and everybody knows he's "hot property". While all three mentioned parties are happy with Cal's performance, it's still impossible to offer him a factory seat, as Yamaha's (now) MSMA bikes have Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi secured with two-year contracts.

The Yamaha official also added that there have been discussion involving the factory, the team and the sponsor on one side and Crutchlow's management on the other, and the former have prepared an offer. According to Lin Jarvis, the "problem" could be solved with a financial offer, even if he clearly stated that other teams, such as Ducati, might come up with a better paycheck for the British rider.

There was no info on the degree of factory support or similar technical details. There's still plenty of time until the 3rd August weekend, when the summer break ends and the engines will be revved up at Indianapolis, so there's still room for solutions.

Crutchlow thanked his supported on Twitter and said he will announce his decision as soon as he makes one: "As and when a decision is made I will announce it. In the meantime everything is speculation! Please do not tell me who to, or who not to ride for though. I understand everyone wants different teams but a real fan will support whatever…".
