The Night Fluo color option is steadily becoming one of the trademark signatures of the Yamaha MT motorcycles. The MT-09, MT-07, and MT-07 Moto Cage can be ordered with this color scheme and we guess they look way better than any traditional option ever did.
If anything, Yamaha's Night Fluo color scheme looked great on the MT-10 naked flagship machine that was recently on the front pages with its 160 hp figure, one of the last unknowns after the bike was introduced last fall.

Seeing Yamaha delivering other members of the MT family in the same guise is one thing we really enjoy because it represents a new level of cool in the motorcycle industry.

It would be awesome to see the MT-03 and MT-125 joining the Night Fluo club. Even though these two are small-displacement machines, there is nothing that prevents them from looking as intriguing as their bigger siblings, and we're positive that beginners who dream of the MT-09 or MT-10 would choose the Neon versions of their first Yamaha bikes.

The 2016 MT-07 Moto Cage no longer has red accents, arrives in Night Fluo

Remember the trick MT-07 version Yamaha baptized "Moto Cage," the bike that looked like a stunt motorcycle ready for the sickest antics? We loved the fiery red accents on the special add-ons and key elements that offered a great visual impact, but that was so 2015.

For 2016, Yamaha chose the same Night Fluo livery for the MT-07 Moto Cage, and it doesn't look any tamer than the original concept. The position of some colorful spots changed, but we dare say that the new version looks better overall.

For starters, both rims are fully painted in neon yellow, as opposed to the 2015 version, whose rear was only accented with a red rim stripe.

The fuel tank decorations are a little less conspicuous and, in a way, soberer, and we like this, too, even though retaining the color patches of the original model and having them in yellow would most likely look better. The same goes for the color accents on the 2015 MY tail, now painted black.

The chin spoiler, radiator guards and tubular engine protectors in neon yellow are even more visible against the darkened background. We spotted the MT-07 Moto Cage in Germany with a price tag of €7,195 (equivalent to $7,900), whereas the standard version, also with ABS, is €6,395 ($7,020).
