Back in May, we reported that a German coachbuilder Xenatec had reached an agreement with Maybach to build the Maybach 57S Coupe and it is now time to see the first images of the vehicle.

The Coupe is underpinned by the same platform as the sedan, but it is wider and lower. The B pillar now sits 20 cm closer to the back of the car, with the vehicle receiving new doors and side panels. The vehicle rides on 20 inch rims, with customers being able to choose the 21 inch wheels as an option. The list of new elements includes the front and rear bumpers, taillights, exhaust pipes and rear diffuser. The vehicle also uses features form the latest Maybach facelift.

The stunning vehicle also uses the 57S’ twin-turbo 6.0 liter V12 powerplant that delivers 612 hp and a maximum torque of 737 lb-ft. The vehicle will be dressed in a range of one and two-tone color paintwork.

The interior of the car will offer a 2+2 configuration and receive sportier seats, as well as an optional full glass roof.

As the project is approved by Maybach, the Xenatec coupe offers a complete four-year unlimited mileage warranty and a four-year service & repair package, just like standard Maybach vehicles.

Customers who want their vehicles to be even more special will also be satisfied in the future, as the company is working on a “Sports” and on an “EVO” version of the coupe. Xenatec’s Maybach 57S Coupe has a starting price of 586,000 pounds (EUR676,690 or $927,811).
