Ever felt like Baloo, after you woke up rubbing your back against the doorjamb? If the answer is “yes”, then you probably want to check out the world’s first carbon fiber back scratcher, the 5BerScratcher. It comes in any color you like, is very strong and will cost you $50 (EUR 36).
It’s the age of carbon fiber fellows, so you’d better start paying attention to what’s going on out there. Formula 1 cars are made out of it, motorcycles, bicycles, skateboards, seats, toilet seats, they all are as well. So why not make a device that will help you with one of human kinds' oldest problem, an annoying itch?

And don’t you dare go all cocky with us and act like you never used a tool to scratch your back. Or at least that’s what these two Americans from Los Angeles probably thought when they put their project on Kickstarter.

The 18 inches (476 mm) long 5BerScratcher has a specially designed 1-inch (25 mm) wide tip with a precisely formed fine-point “Blade” on the scratching edge, so you won’t have to worry about it being handy. The 1 inch (25 mm) wide and 5/32 inch (4mm) thick device comes with a vinyl handle that makes it easy to maintain a comfortable, slip resistant grip.

This 50$ backscratcher is made out of genuine carbon fiber and epoxy raisin and is allegedly the lightest and the strongest ever made. According to its creators, it was design to deliver an ideal balance of pressure and resistance.
