World of Warcraft Receives Paul Jr Choppers

Strange, but rather good news for the fans of the World of Warcraft video game: choppers are coming, but they’re so much more than your everyday bike. Paul Jr. and his team are in charge of creating two machines, one for the Horde and one for the Alliance. Which will prevail, it’s up to you.

Blizzard Entertainment announces that two of its key figures will lead the two teams, as they will be working under supervision of Paul Teutul. Blizzard senior vice-president Chris Metzen will be the commander of Team Alliance, while art director Samwise Didier will fly the banner of Team Horde.

The two builds will obviously be documented in a series of episodes grouped under the moniker Azeroth Choppers. I’m not a WoW player, but I have to admit that the name sounds damn well! The first episode is scheduled for airing on April 17.

Apparently, one of the bikes will also make it into a virtual machine which will be present in the game, with the fans votes being the decisive factor. Not sure whether motorcycles are the best complement for magic items, orcs, paladins and whatnot, but if ONLY ONE faction is to receive the bike, I can anticipate quite a passionate voting campaign.
