I guess there will be some people flaming about the eternal "woman at the wheel" thing, but this video simply shows that for certain individuals, operating a vehicle safely on public roads is way too difficult.
There's no generalization implied by my affirmation, only a factual truth. In fact, we've all met both men and women that should not be allowed to drive any motorized vehicles on public roads. It's just that, in this case, we're dealing with a female driver.
Judging by the expression of surprise as she rams the car into the stopped motorcycle, the driver appears to be speaking Russian, or be in some way connected with the Russian-speaking regions.
It's difficult to tell whether the car is an automatic or a manual one, but in either case, the driver clearly has no coherent idea of what must be done when stopped, to make sure that the car does not get out of hand.
Maybe the lady forgot to take the shifter to the neutral position and inadvertently stepped on the gas. Likewise, it's possible that she was driving a manual car and left it in gear, while having her foot on the clutch, then messing the pedal work completely.
We can hear the engine revving, so it looks like the lady actually throttled ahead. Also, the car appears to have at least 1.5 meters (5 ft) between its bumper and the bike, and lifting the clutch could hardly cause it to jerk so strongly as to hit the two-wheeler.
Honestly, we're glad to see that the lady managed to stop, instead of running both bike and rider over, a thing that's not entirely impossible considering an SUV's ground clearance and larger wheels.
Such videos only convince us more that driving is NOT for everyone.
