Sure, RVs are nice and all, but they rarely allow you to take your ATV, UTV, or cycles with you on your trip. This next towable, does just that.
Ladies and gents, this is what Winnebago’s idea of a toy hauler looks like. It's the Spyder toy hauler from a team doesn’t need much of an introduction. After all, the RV pioneer has been pushing out RVs since 1966. Subtract that from 2021 and you'll learn how many of years of experience Winnebago has in the business. That would be 55.

To top it all off, all that knowledge seems to be packed right here in this toy trailer that starts out with a measly $38,276 price tag. Yup, no missing zeros or anything of the sort, that’s all it costs. And no, it isn’t missing any of the necessary amenities for you to really enjoy the great outdoors.

The first thing to note is that this trailer comes with a range of floorplans to choose from, three to be exact. For the sake of argument, I'm going to address the least expensive and most basic of the three, the S23FB.

Aside from being the least expensive of the options, this floorplan does not include any sort of slide-out or expanding components. What you see is what you get with the S23FB. But I like simplicity if you ask me, especially if it’s done right. With an exterior length of 30.35 ft (9.2 m), width of 8.5 ft (2.6 m), and interior height of 7.83 ft (2.38 m), the Spyder includes more than enough room for all that I'm about to enumerate.

One of my favorite places in any home is the kitchen. Why? I don’t know, I just like to eat. To do that on the Spyder, a kitchen equipped with a large single bowl sink, residential-style faucet, and a recessed 3-burner cooktop come standard. So do the microwave, full-sized refrigerator, cabinets, and drawers.

After your meal, you can choose to sit down to watch a show or movie with the use of an entertainment center, or simple head to the front of the trailer and take a quick nap before you burn some gas through the woods. The bedroom is simple enough, equipped with a queen bed, or an option for king, and storage space all around. However, more bedding is found at the opposite end, elevated above the garage, and ready to be used in case the situation calls for it.

I was surprised while checking out the video below with the level of space that can be found inside the bathroom. I urge you to check out the video too, as that bathroom seems to be as large as the one in my own apartment; it includes a toilet, sink, and shower with seating.

What I enjoy the most about the Spyder, that other toy haulers don’t seem to do, is it offers a whole lot more room for vehicles. The way all facilities such as kitchen and bathroom have been pushed to one side grants us the ability to fit more vehicles than just a couple of bikes or an ATV.

As with most other trailers of this sort, several secondary systems are in place, such as electrical, heating and cooling, plumbing, and even safety. After all, whenever you’re hauling around flammable liquids and thousand-pound toys, it’s good to have at least a fire extinguisher or two around. And if you’re going to be relaxing inside on a hot day, it’s nice to have A/C, don’t you think?

As for myself, I don’t own any sort of big kid toys, I like e-bikes. But with this towable, I can take myself, another five friends (sleeps six), all our e-bikes, and even a pet or two on a very nice trip through the local backwoods.
