Want to drift the 2012 BMW M5 just like Stig does? No problem, you don’t have to buy the car (even if you had the money, you couldn’t get your hands on one right now), just get a copy of Forza Motorsport 4.
The game is going on sale today, with the new M5 being the cover car and we’ll remind you that you can play with over 500 cars on 100 tracks using the new Kinect Xbox 360 controller.
Microsoft has joined Forces with BMW in order to bring the game into the real world, with the companies set to hold the BMW M5 Forza Cup, which will see players fight for the best virtual laptime in order to win... a real M5.
“This competition allows gamers who have signed up as members of the Xbox Live online community or at www.bmw.de/forza4 to push for the quickest time in the new BMW M5. Visitors to selected BMW branches, BMW Welt in Munich and the BMW showroom in Berlin will also have the chance to enter the competition. The 16 finalists will lock horns in the final of the BMW M5 Forza Cup at BMW Welt on 26 November 2011,” a company statement reads, explaining how you can enter the race.
Reminder: don't forget that you can also rely on Need for Speed: The Run to win a new Porsche 911 Carrera S.
