It’s not easy to try to explain that while supercars are a ton of fun on wheels, they’re usually also hopelessly impractical. Well, we’ve now got a video that shows just how difficult the real world can prove for such a machine.
The adjacent clip shows a Ferrari F430 Spider trying to make its way through an ancient passage in Zagorohoria, Greece.
The open-top F430 does eventually make its way out of the stone-built pit, but this does require all the possible efforts. We’re referring to things such as folded mirrors and about one hundred instructions per second, coming from people outside the car.
However, the effort was even bigger for the Prancing Horse. After the pass, smoke starts coming out of the engine compartment. Yes, this is the clutch protesting.
