Widebody 2020 Toyota Supra Has No Wing, Looks Old School

There's something about this widebody Mk V Toyota Supra that makes one think about old school Japanese machines, be they stock or not. And, retro lines aside, the contemporary aftermarket landscape could use a "shaved" 2020 Supra, since there are so many wings you can fit to the sportscar.

Well, the quotes above are more than justified, since it's not like the hatch of this machine has been left in factory form.

That's right, you aftermarket junkies, we're looking at an aero kit that has Pandem written all over it. You know, the Rocket Bunny sister package, with both coming from Tra Kioto.

In fact, this seems to be the favorite kit of US Supra owners, even though most applications also feature the rather generous wing that can be offered by the Japanese developer.

It's worth noting that the widebody kit is just a part of this Supra's tuner charm. For one thing, the sports car packs a generous air suspension. To be more precise, the said hardware doesn't just allow the driver to bring the car to the ground, but it can also gift the Supra with the kind of ride height that almost turns it into a jportscar (think: jacked-up sportscar, an emerging genre).

Actually, you can see the air sprint travel of this contraption in the second Instagram post below.

The custom wheels are also worthy of attention, since their deep dish take and their glossy finish draw quite a lot of attention.

Last, but certainly not first, we have those rear window stickers: make sure to count them and multiply the result by 5 to obtain the amount of horsepower they add. On a more serious note, these talk about the tech side of the car, but that's another story for another time.

As for the wings mentioned in the intro, here's a small selectrion for you, with this ranging from an Mk IV TRD remake to a ginormous aero element that looks like a samurai helmet.
