White Tesla Model S with Larte Design Elizabeta Kit Looks Bad-Boy

Gone are the days when people would find electric vehicles as a geek means of transportation. Celebrities drive them; speed maniacs race them against sportscars, and car shops customize the heck out of them. As the premium sedan that it is, the Tesla Model S is now sharing the podium with the world’s most luxurious vehicles that gifted tuners upgrade to any petrolhead’s delight.

And if there’s a car out there that looks good with aftermarket dress, then Elon Musk’s successful electric vehicle clearly is it. Yes, we know that Tesla Motors’ CEO won’t allow his company to offer such options, but that won’t stop tuners from doing it. Of Larte Design’s work we have spoken before, but there’s a new kit in town, and we feel it’s worth mentioning.

A white EV recently received the Elizabeta (the kit not the queen) treatment, and we find it more than interesting. It’s a head turner all right, but what is it made of? For starters, you should know that all parts of the tuning kit are made of light, and durable carbon fiber reinforced plastic as well as a composite material based on basalt fiber. This feature allowed a significant reduction of the car weight.

Basalt fiber has a higher strength-to-weight ratio, which makes outer parts of the car stronger and lighter. Put it this way, they use the same material to manufacture bulletproof vests. Add serious craftsmanship, pureness and accuracy of lines and surfaces and the final product is exactly what you think it is: proper eye candy.

We’ve tested the car, and as usual we found both ups and downs, but let us assure you, the Tesla Model S is already an eye-catcher. Adding aftermarket adornments bring the EV culture to a whole new level, so we can’t but tip our hats to that.
