Since she’s the world’s second best female tennis player, car makers are constantly teasing her, hoping they could take some advantage of her enormous publicity. However, the beautiful tennis star signed a three-year deal to be brand ambassador for Porsche in 2013 and, ever since, that will be the only brand fans will see her with.
The Russian beauty recently had her daily Porsche sent to the shop for some proper care so it was only normal the Germans will give her another car to hit the road. And since winter is coming a nice luxury compact crossover comes in handy. “Not a bad replacement vehicle when your car is in the shop”, Sharapova quoted next to a beautiful Porsche Macan finished in white.
Well, to be completely honest with you, there is no winter for the sexy tennis player, who will most likely spend the next months in her residence in Manhattan Beach, California. In fact, Sharapova has lived in the United States since moving there at the age of seven. Besides the house previously mentioned, she also has a home in Bradenton, Florida.
Now, even though the Russian sportswoman has been staring in several ads, thus driving most of Porsche’s models (poor woman...) as far as we know her daily driver is a beautiful blue-grey Porsche Panamera. It was this August she posed next to it, telling her fans she finds it difficult following speed limits with this ride.
The stock Macan model comes with a 0 to 60 mph (0 to 97 km/h) time of 5.2 seconds, while the Turbo option will push that to 4.6 seconds, so we’re hoping Sharapova will be careful driving her temporary new wheel. Other than that, we have to admit Macan makes Sharapova look even better.
