Usually, when a new game hits the market, the developer takes the time to release interesting action-packed trailers that keep you busy for a few minutes, after which you return to reality and forget the whole story.
Nintendo wanted to make sure that this isn’t the case with the new Mario Kart 7, so the company commissioned West Coast Customs to create two real-scale replicas of Mario and Luigi’s karts, presenting the creations at the LA Auto Show.
Surprisingly, the two creations can actually be driven, even though they come with front-wheel drive. Like we said, there’s Mario’s red one, as well as Luigi’s Bumblebee vehicle.
The vehicles also come with propellers - in the game, they can be driven both on land and under water. If, just like us and every sane person in the world, you really love the two and would like to take at least one home, you might be lucky, as Nintendo will give one away to a Gamestop customer.
Our say: what about the princess? What will she ride in?
