Webber Reckons Tough Race for Red Bull in Valencia

Although they have dominated the field in the first 6 races of the 2010 Formula One championship, Red Bull Racing was unable to get anything right in the last couple of events. While in Turkey the drivers couldn't agree on who holds the upper hand for the win and eventually crashed into each other, in Canada the Red Bulls were clearly losing pace to their rivals.

According to race driver Mark Webber, that scenario is unlikely to change during this weekend's European Grand Prix at Valencia, as the Spanish circuit doesn't suit the RB6 one bit. In addition, several teams will bring huge updates for this race – Ferrari being the biggest name on that list – which makes the Australian a little bit worried for this next race.

Looking to Valencia, it's another venue that might not be that easy for us. I wouldn't pick it as a venue where we're going to go and get an easy victory because I don't think the layout of the circuit is one that suits us so much,” said Webber in a preview for the European Grand Prix.

However, there is still no reason to panic for Red Bull, reckoned Webber, as his team will once again step into the favorite spot once the chequered flag is waved over the Valencia weekend. The Great Circus will travel to Silverstone and Hockenheim for the British and German Grands Prix respectively, venues where the RB6 will be more than comfortable to say the least.

Looking at the races after Valencia, I think we can be a bit stronger again,” added the Red Bull racer.

Last year in Valencia, neither of the two Red Bull drivers managed to score a point, while in the British GP, Sebastian Vettel led Red Bull's dominant 1-2 finish.
