We're not going on too much of a limb when we say that the guy behind the wheel either doesn't have a license or has it for a very short time. Taking that into account, we're actually glad they crashed on a country lane where they could only injure themselves and cause no property damage.
But here's the deal, though: one does not simply noon an old Peugeot on a dirt track, inches-close to water. French cars (like the women) are notorious for being unpredictable, especially the older on ones.
We're not completely sure what cased this Peugeot 206 to crash into the lake, but it looks like the driver provoked the crash by tugging really hard on the handbrake, which caused a slide. Despite putting the car in the drink and flipping it over, they're both fine.
