A car thief in Great Britain was trying to steal a smart roadster while most likely under the influence of some illicit substances other than marijuana.

His plan had almost come to fruition had he not asked the smart owner's neighbors to move their car so that he could drive away with the tiny and not-always-weather-proof roadster.

After obviously realizing that the car was actually being stolen, the good samaritan neighbors blocked Matthew Draper inside the smart by force and called the police.

The next step was to film the entire shenanigans until the police arrived and arrested Draper. Later on it was found that, apart from trying to steal the smart, our hero had also misappropriated a camera which was kept by the smart roadster's owner in the glovebox.
