The McLaren P1 is not so much a car, but an engineering object meant to deliver performance driving pleasure. You could probably write a book collection if you wanted to truly detail all its technical bits and pieces. But there’s no time for that now. Thus, we’ll focus on one of its most delicious features, the Race Mode.
This lowers the vehicle by 50 mm, raises the rear wing in an aggressive position and brings the electronics in an... ahem... playful mood. Of course, having the effects of a ground to ground missile means you also need a missile launch-like activation procedure.
