We've seen him in commercials, we've seen him in photos and we're quite accustomed to his laid back, cool style. But up until now, we've never seen him drive. We're talking about Steve Dinan, of course.
You might've guessed that since he's so passionate about BMWs and making them faster and meaner by any means necessary, he's quite a good driver when he's on a circuit. And you'd be right.
According to a new video published on Dinan Motorsports' Youtube channel, Steve is quite the driver. We're not sure if it was because of his driving skills or because of the modifications done to the M5 he's driving but keeping up close and personal with an R8 on Laguna Seca is something.
This might actually be a preview of what's in store for BMW F10 M5 owners interested in Dinan parts. At the moment, the Dinan website doesn't show any parts for the current M5 but who knows, they might pop-up at any moment now. We're curious to see what they did to it.
