What would driving be without a bit of drifting? And what would drifting be without BMWs? Burning rubber is almost a must when you have a Bimmer in your garage.
Even the most shy people still have to admit they like to hear the tires screech a bit in a corner, at any speed. The E36 M3 was and still is one of those cars that will do that for you, easily.
It was launched to replace the iconic E30 M3, the first one of the batch, and it immediately became known as one of the best handling cars of its era. Even though you couldn't immediately spot the differences between an E36 M3 and a normal 3 Series, you could tell which was which after the engine started roaring.
Even to this day, these cars are being used on a daily basis, especially in drifting competitions. The guys from HP Motorsport created 2 special cars fitted with huge turbochargers to drift around the circuits of the world.
Their creations have in excess of 650 HP and will go through a set of tires like butter. Fortunately, they recorded some of their runs and posted them online so that they can be shared with the world. Enjoy!
