It's not the first time when we write about Harley and the Avengers movies, and it will definitely not be the last one. Marvel and H-D have a long-standing agreement, so we're going to see more MoCo-infused action in the future.
So far here's a nifty piece of behind-the-scenes action, with some members of the film crew, including a female stunt rider, talking about Harley's electric two-wheeler.

Now, aside the obvious publicity stunt Harley pulled when they inked the deal with Marvel, it's somewhat natural to see people excited about an electric motorcycle. Part of the excitement probably comes from the very surprising vibe of the e-bike.

Product placement is a nice way to popularize a bike

While most people picture a fat heavy cruiser when they speak of Harley, the nimble, instant zero-to-hero grit of the bike is a sure way to leave the gasping. It looks like the LiveWire has managed to impress a lot of guys on the set of the Age of Ultron, even though the fake enthusiasm the Black Widow stunt rider Sahar Vignot shines through her words.

That is, since she's a pro stunt rider it's hard to believe that the Harley-Davidson LiveWire is the most amazing bike she ever threw a leg over. However, e-bikes are e-bikes, no matter who builds them, and one thing is certain. They will scorch the asphalt right off idle and its brutal, instant acceleration is more than enough to make them as thrilling as it gets.

As for the other things, such as price, performance, and tech specs, Harley is still dead-silent. The bike is still in the functional prototype stage, with no unequivocal intentions from the MoCo of actually transforming it into a mass-produced item. We do believe H-D will take this step as part of its sales strategy, but it's impossible to predict when. Until then, enjoy your fair share of leather catsuits and Scarlett Johansson. For more, go see the movie, of course!
