Watch a Unimog 401 Tractor Plow a Field in 1:8 Scale

We liked that MAN 4x4 construction vehicle so much that we decided to bring you something else, something different and probably even cooler, an agricultural vehicle built to scale.
It's a Unimog, the original 401 series model that came right after the prototype. This is your late-40s, post war cheap vehicle that really was used as an agricultural vehicle. The real vehicle had a four-cylinder 1.7-liter 25 horsepower Daimler diesel engine.

Besides the awesome clip of the truck actually plowing a field with perfectly working 1:8 scale equipment, we also found one clip of the same RC model towing a fuel tanker. Remember, this is post-war Germany, bombed to smithereens by the allies after the war.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
